Why is my physical card number different from the card number on the app?
Sable provides you a virtual card as soon as your account is established, for your convenience. This way, you can start taking advantage of your account as soon as it’s funded.
Your physical cards are sent via mail and have a separate number than your virtual card for your security. When you receive your physical cards, you’ll be required to activate them in the app. Simply follow the instructions provided with the card.
Note that your virtual and physical cards will share the same PIN which can be selected on our app by choosing Cards >Manage Your Cards> Set/Modify PIN.
